DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of the first night's room rate and tax is charged at the time of booking. A deposit of the entire stay plus tax is required for non-refundable reservations. Cancellation of standard reservations must occur at least 72 hours prior to 12:00am of arrival date to receive deposit refund. Deposits will not be refunded for all "non-refundable" reservations. Deposit and cancellation policy for packages and promotional rates may vary. Resort Fee plus tax will be collected at the time of check-in. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and could change in the time between booking and hotel stay. At the time of check-in, the tax rate then in effect will be collected for any hotel stay nights.
FOOD & BEVERAGE CREDIT
Arizona Charlies Food & Beverage credit has no cash value. Food & Beverage credit may only be applied to charges posted to the guest room. Hotel Credit cannot be applied towards room rates, taxes, gratuities, gaming purchases, and other in-room amenity fees, or other retail outlets. Other exclusions may apply. Management reserves all rights. Credit card for in-room incidentals deposit is required at the time of check-in. A valid credit card must be presented upon check in and authorized to cover additional room nights, resort fee, tax, and, incidentals.
Smoking preference and other requests are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis. Maximum occupancy is four persons per room.

Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am.
